Booking Terms

All male or all female groups are not allowed. Children are the responsibility of their parents/guardians at all times.
The 10% discount only applies where the 50% deposit is received at least 2 months in advance for a Saturday changeover date.
The site makes a charge to use some of their facilities e.g. [per week - 2009 prices] between £29.75 and £38.60 for a family of four depending on the season. £17.65 to £23.10 per adult or £7.20 to £11.55 per child. Under 5's are free. Daily rates are also available e.g. £9.90 per family of 4 at low season. More details available upon request or by clicking here.
On changeover days the group vacating will need to vacate by 11.00 a.m to allow time for cleaning etc. prior to the next group arriving at 2.00 p.m.
Gas and electricity is included but you are asked to use sensibly. If you experience any problems with this please do not work on it yourself but contact the park owners or ourselves.
Domestic pets are allowed on the site but not in the home and must be kept on a short lead on the site and any mess cleared up by you immediately.
Any BBQ's must be used with caution and hot coals must not be put in the rubbish bins.
You are responsible for keeping the home and the area round it clean and tidy.
Excessive noise will not be tolerated after 10.00pm or before 9.00am.
The speed limit on the site is 10 mph. Go-peds and electric scooters are not permitted.
You must check the inventory upon arrival and notify us immediately of any errors. You must ensure everything is left clean and tidy and where you found it when you leave. Linnen we supplied does not have to be washed but should be left in the wardrobe in the main bedroom. There are launderette facilities on site if needed.
Bed linen for the number of people booked in can be provided at a cost of £4 per person. Towels and tea towels are not supplied by us.
There is a £100 deposit payable per booking against damage or caravan not being left clean and tidy when vacating.
